　　立柱和工作台底座采用座落式、热对称结构，整机具有高刚度、高精度、高可靠性。

　　Column and table adopt floor-type, thermalsymmetry structure, so that the completemachine has feature of high rigidity, pre-cision and reliability.

　　垂架滑枕采用矩形截面的锻钢，车削刚度高。The vertical railhead is made ofhigh quality forged steel with rectangular section, which has highturning stiffness.

　　立柱侧面安装有分级定位齿条，横梁可在立柱上定位，保证刀架在水平移动时与工作台的平行度。

　　The side of column is mounted withgraded positioning rack to realize theaccurate positioning of cross rail onthe column and ensure the parallelismbetween railhead and table when movinghorizontally.

　　立柱内部采用封砂结构，具有良好的抗振性。

　　Sand sealing structure is used inside the column,which has good vibration resistance.

　　配备多工位车削刀库，可以实现双向就近换刀，定位，满足多样化加工需求，

　　Wachine is equipped with disc multi positions turningtool magazine, to achieve bidirectional nearby toolchanging and accurate positioning which meets diversified machining needs.
