采光瓦建材的阻燃性与强度

采光瓦现在主要应用于厂房房顶，在抵御大风，大雪时需要一定的强度支撑，同时为了厂房的安全，需要采光瓦一定的阻燃性能。

1、阻燃型采光瓦其氧指数大于26，可以到达二级阻燃，若氧指数大于30，可达到一级阻燃。

2、通用型和经济型系列采光瓦均属易燃（氧指数约20）；可在发生火灾时迅速燃烧，形成排烟带，且燃烧时不产生融滴。燃烧也就是氧化，采光瓦在遇到火灾时，能快速燃烧完，成为一个排烟带，要求燃烧时不会产生融滴现象。

采光瓦的强度就是指采光瓦受力破坏时，物体内的最大应力值，包括拉申、弯曲、冲击、剪切等强度，也就是牢不牢的问题。然后，采光瓦的钢度就是指采光瓦对变形的抵抗能力，采光瓦成型时，在某些部位做上加强筋或在表面用亚纤维做加强筋，就能提高钢度。采光瓦正是因为拥有这些卓越的性能，才被市场接受。加之其优良的透光性，成为厂房房顶材料中不可或缺的一员。
