采光瓦建材的阻燃性与强度

采光瓦现在主要应用于厂房房顶,在抵御大风,大雪时需要一定的强度支撑,同时为了厂房的安全,需要采光瓦一定的阻燃性能。

1、阻燃型采光瓦其氧指数大于26,可以到达二级阻燃,若氧指数大于30,可达到一级阻燃。

2、通用型和经济型系列采光瓦均属易燃(氧指数约20);可在发生火灾时迅速燃烧,形成排烟带,且燃烧时不产生融滴。燃烧也就是氧化,采光瓦在遇到火灾时,能快速燃烧完,成为一个排烟带,要求燃烧时不会产生融滴现象。

采光瓦的强度就是指采光瓦受力破坏时,物体内的最大应力值,包括拉申、弯曲、冲击、剪切等强度,也就是牢不牢的问题。然后,采光瓦的钢度就是指采光瓦对变形的抵抗能力,采光瓦成型时,在某些部位做上加强筋或在表面用亚纤维做加强筋,就能提高钢度。采光瓦正是因为拥有这些卓越的性能,才被市场接受。加之其优良的透光性,成为厂房房顶材料中不可或缺的一员。
