【产品介绍】
陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体，但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体，而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳，这层外壳呈陶质或釉质，具有隔水保气作用，并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。陶粒的外观颜色因所采用的原料和工艺不同而各异。焙烧陶粒的颜色大多为暗红色、赭红色，也有一些特殊品种为灰黄色、灰黑色、灰白色、青灰色等。陶粒的粒径一般为5~20㎜最大的粒径为25㎜。陶粒一般用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石。
因为生产陶粒的原料很多，陶粒的品种也很多，因而颜色也就很多。免烧陶粒因所用固体废弃物不同，颜色各异，一般为灰黑色，表面没有光泽度，不如焙烧陶粒光滑。

【产品分类】
1、黏土陶粒：以黏土、亚黏土等为主要原料，经加工制粒，烧胀而成的，粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料，称为黏土陶粒。
2、页岩陶粒 ：又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分，或粉磨后成球，烧胀而成的粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。页岩陶粒按工艺方法分为：经破碎、筛分、烧胀而成的普通型页岩陶粒；经粉磨、成球、烧胀而成的圆球形页岩陶粒。
3、粉煤灰陶粒：以固体废弃物为主要原料，加入一定量的胶结料和水，经加工成球，烧结烧胀或自然养护而成，粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料，简称粉煤灰陶粒。
4、生物陶粒 ：污水处理厂处理完污水后所产生的、并含有大量的生物污泥，生物污泥有的制成农用肥，有的直接用于绿化，也有的排放到海里或者焚烧，这样会造成二次生态环境污染。目前，以生物污泥为主要原材料，采用烘干、磨碎、成球、烧结成的陶粒，称为污水处理生物污泥陶粒。用生物污泥代替部分黏土来烧制陶粒既节省黏土，又保护农田，也起到了一定的环保作用。
黏土陶粒、粉煤灰陶粒、页岩陶粒适用于保温用的、结构保温用的轻集料混凝土，也可用于结构用的轻集料混凝土。目前页岩陶粒的主要用途是生产轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块和轻质隔墙板。

1、陶粒滤料适用于污水生化处理中承托层或工业水过滤。
2、适用于工业废水粗过滤。
3、适用于城市污水生化处理。
4、适用于城市污水厂二级处理后浓度处理回用，一般可用做BAF-N池滤料，也可用于工业水过滤填料。
5、可用于BAF-N池或DN-P滤池。适用于城市污水脱氮除磷深度处理回用，也可用于给水中微污染原
水的处理和用于工业水过滤。
6、可用于给水工艺中对污染原水的预处理和工业水过滤填料。
