中频炉耐火材料主要包括中频炉炉衬料(也称中频炉打炉料、中频炉干振料、中频炉干打料、中频炉捣打料等)、中频炉修补料、线圈泥(也称线圈胶泥、线圈涂料、线圈浆料)、中频炉炉口料、运转包用浇注料等,该系列耐火材料主要用于无芯中频炉、有芯感应炉、熔液运转包中,用以熔化灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁及铸铁合金,熔化碳钢、合金钢、高锰钢、工具钢、耐热钢、不锈钢,熔化铝及其合金,熔化紫铜、黄铜、白铜及青铜等铜合金等。

一、炉料特点:
(1)、该炉料为中性材料,耐火度1790℃,最高使用温度1650℃;
(2)、应用范围:铸铁、铜铝合金、低合金钢、高锰钢。
二、筑炉工艺:
(1)、铺设好玻璃丝布和石棉布,接口采用搭接,并且屋与层之间接口应错开,以保证其平整性和整体性。
注:如果所用电炉有特殊要求,此方法仅供参考。
(2)、粘结剂建议使用硼酸,加八量占炉料重量的1.5-2%。一般在炉底与炉壁用1.5%,炉口处用1.8%,使用时过0.425mm筛。建议使用俄罗斯
产,纯度为工业纯级。(粘结剂也可使用水玻璃加入量夏7.5%,冬8.5%)。
(3)、采用湿法打结时,炉底部位的材料加水量占炉料重量的1%,炉壁和炉口处加水量与所用硼酸重量比例相同。在使用时加水量一般以用手
使劲捏成团,散开手后稍加振动即碎即可。
(4)、炉料与硼酸及水混合时必须混匀,避免分层,称量必须准确,以免造成粒度偏析使壁厚不匀和疏松。人工混料时,应先将炉料混匀摊平,将硼酸均匀筛在料上,再掺匀,然后将水均匀洒在料上,掺均匀待用;如果使用搅拌机混料,根据炉料的粒度,调整搅拌机铲刀的间隙,每次加炉料100kg,搅拌均匀,加入硼酸搅拌5mm,再加入搅拌10mm,从缝隙中漏出的料应重新回到搅拌机中,炉子不同部位所用的材料加入硼酸
和水的比例不同,应分别拌料。拌好的料应一次使用完,不能放太长的时间。如果特殊原因间隔时间太长应用润湿的麻袋盖好,打完一个炉衬,剩余的材料最好不要再混入炉料内使用,以免影响使用效果。
注意:
(1)、混料的场地应保持干净,严禁任何非炉料类物质混入炉料;
(2)、拌料均匀是保证炉衬致密的关健。
5、坩埚模一定要感应线圈保持最好的同心度,固定紧实,以免打结时位移,造成炉壁厚度不均匀。坩埚模表面应保持清洁,平整。如果打完炉
后起出,可在其表面涂刷薄层钠基润滑脂,以利脱模。
6、筑炉底时将炉料均匀分批加入感应器内摊平,平底锤捣实,每批散料厚度约40mm,捣实后将表面均匀划松约15mm,以便与下批材料紧密结合。打好后安装并固定坩埚模,筑炉壁时,每屋加料30-35mm,捣打紧实,每层捣打15mm以上,层与层之间应在打好后将表面均匀划松,以利结合,以免产生横向裂纹。

注意:
(1)、打炉时应有专人现场指挥,所有工具保证清洁。注意检查所有工具有无焊渣,或其它可能对炉壁造成影响的物质。打炉时请勿抽
烟,请不要在口袋内装易掉出的东西,因为所有杂物对炉衬都会产生损伤;
(2)、保证工作场地及炉膛内有工作灯照明,以便随时观察可能发生的情况;
(3)、量准确炉内的高度,以后每打一层,量一层,做好记录,并记录打结一层所用的时间;
(4)、炉底和炉壁的结合处最容易出现问题,此处一定注意打结紧实并结合严密;
(5)、中性炉料膨胀系数1500-1600℃时为1.0-1.1%,没有晶型转变,所以打结紧实并严密结合是保证整个炉衬寿命的关键;
(6)、人工打时,应注意换位,以避免力量不均匀导致致密度不均匀,不能局部过于用力;
(7)、炉料粒度混合均匀,加料时不要在太高处随便往里过倒,这样易产生偏析,应尽可能在最低处倒入,并将其先扒平再打结,坩埚模处一
定注意捣打紧实,此处在烧结后是工作部位,若打不好,易冲刷掉或渗漏钢水。
8)、不要碰破铺设的石棉布和玻璃丝布,掉入炉料内的石棉布或其它物质用小勺取出。
7、炉口处打好后,可在表面涂挂一层水玻璃。炉口处不要使用其它材料,因膨胀系数不同,高温膨胀,低温收缩易产生裂纹,以致渗漏钢水。
8、起模时,应注意合力的方向,严禁损伤炉壁。因为打好的炉壁尚未进行烧结,还没有足够的强度,打好后的炉子严禁倾斜或移动。

三、烧结机理:
烧结实际上是在低于熔点的温度下,固体颗粒的重排、气孔率下降、强度和硬度提高的致密化过程。在烧结过程中,使炉衬靠近钢(铁)水的一侧形成一定厚度的致密体,即形成所需的坩埚,以承受高温钢水的冲刷和抵抗熔渣渗透所引起的化学侵蚀,使炉衬保持较高的寿命。
1、烘炉时,炉壁一周均匀放置长条洁净钢料,因炉壁尚未烧结加料时应轻放以免碰损炉壁,炉口加可以透气的盖,以每小时升10kw的功率,烘
烤12小时,中途不可断电。尽量保证炉壁受热均匀。

1)、仅建议用电烘炉,以使其均匀受热;
2)、如果有其它丰富的或先进的烘炉经验本公司不拒绝采用,但如果造成不良后果则与本公司无关;
2、烘好炉后,可以加入金属炉料,第一炉应保持金属炉料清洁无锈,并成份相同或相近,满负荷运行;使炉料尽快全部熔清,并在熔化温度(
1450-1500℃)保温0.5小时以上,即可完成烧结。然后进入后期熔炼工序。
四、小结
对于中频炉炉衬的寿命,除保证获得完整合理的三层炉衬外,还应注意平时的操作,筑炉是选用优质干净的筑炉材料,合理配比,精心打结,科学烘烤与烧结规范,严格操作工艺,即可延长炉子使用寿命。
五、包装标准和储存方法
多层防潮纸及内膜包装25kg/袋,储存在干燥处防止吸潮。储存期不超过一年。
