【高铝耐火砖产品介绍】：

    高铝耐火砖，即氧化铝含量在48%以上的一种硅酸铝质耐火材料。由矾土或其他氧化铝含量较高的原料经成型和煅烧而成。热稳定性高，耐火度在1770℃以上。抗渣性较好。

【高铝耐火砖的分类】：

通常分为三类：

Ⅰ等：Al2O3含量≥75-80%；

Ⅱ等：Al2O3含量60%~75%；

Ⅲ等：Al2O3含量48%~60%；

【生产工艺】：

    高铝耐火砖和粘土砖的成型生产方法基本相同，只是有些工艺参数有所差别。也有粉碎→混炼→成型→干燥→烧成→检验→包装等工艺过程。低温下其压应力承受较好但高温时略有减低所以窑中堆放低于1米。高铝耐火砖和多熟料粘土砖的生产工艺类似不同之处在于配料中熟料比例较高可高达90%～99%熟料在破碎前需分级拣选和筛分除铁烧成温度较高如Ⅰ、Ⅱ等高铝质耐火砖用隧道窑烧成时一般为1500～1600℃。

    主要用于砌筑高炉、热风炉、电炉炉顶、鼓风炉、反射炉、回转窑内衬。此外，高铝耐火砖还广泛地用做平炉蓄热式格子砖、浇注系统用的塞头、水口砖等。
