F10-32 Polish (Polishing Agent, Glaze Agent)
适用范围：
用于抛光砖、玻化砖、花岗石、硬质大理石的上光养护。
Application:
It is applicable for polishing and curing of polished tile, vitrified tile, granite, and hard marble.
产品特点：本品为环保、中性产品，无酸性物质。针对抛光砖、玻化砖、花岗石、硬质大理石等石材专用上光产品。不与石材产生化学反应，在机械加热加压条件下自行形成釉面并随抛光次数叠加厚度，使表面形成镜面的效果。
Features: It is environment-friendly and neutral product without acid substance contained, which is a polishing product special for polished tile, vitrified tile, granite, and hard marble. It doesn’t react with stone materials. This product can form a glazing surface under the mechanical heating and pressing conditions, and superpose its thickness as the polishing times increased, so as to present a mirror effect on the surface .
使用说明：
Instructions:
1、若石材表面严重受损，应先研磨抛光处理，待地面干透后再做结晶。
1. In event that the stone surface is severely damaged, it must be firstly ground and polished, and then conduct crystallization after it is completely dry .
2、将百洁垫放置在重量为45—75kg，转速为165—175的结晶专用盘下。
2. Place the scouring pad under the dish special for crystallization with weight of 45-75 kg and rotating speed of 165-175 PRM.
3、每次在1平方米范围内倒３克左右，配合百洁垫反复抛干2-3次，即可达到水晶般的效果，大理石可在结晶后使用，效果更佳。
3. Apply about 3 g within area of 1 m2 tile every time, and repeatedly wipe it with the scouring pad for 2-3 times, and then the effect can be reached just like crystal. For marble, it can be used after crystallization, the effect will be much better.
4、上光需要一定的热量，每次施工面积不宜超过一平方米，可先将工作部位中央抛热后再施工效果更好。
4. The polishing needs certain heat, so construction area shall not exceed one square meter each time, the effect will be much better if construction begins after the centerl of work part is polished hot.
5、重复以上操作。能够得到更好的镜面效果。
5. Repeat the above procedures, the better mirror effect can be obtained.
6、最后用干尘推将地表清理干净。
